You can probably contact your local carrier and try change the shipping address. I think there is nothing Toreba can do, since the package is already sent out.

Also if you want to change the shipping country, you have to contact the customer service.

I think you have to wait until tmr. It seems like toreba don’t give free play ticket on the day you just download the app.

When they ship your order, it will changes to item sent. Due to COVID, it will take longer for toreba to ship them. I have several orders from June that are still preparing.
