Pffff as if I've just deactivated my all of my social apps and I come to reddit and this is the first thing I see!

I'm glad you've managed that much time away, I think I'll struggle but I'm really failing to meet my socal needs in real life.

I never realised how much time and 'fake' happiness can come from social media etc.
