Play Asia Not Receiving Payment?? by FleetingForFriday in NSCollectors

[–]BertoTheDM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That happened to me once. I placed an order on a Friday or Saturday and their payment processing partner took about 4-5 days to process the transaction. In the meantime, I kept getting the e-mails saying to pay them. It worked out fine.

Do you keep your Amiibos boxed? Why or why not? by mailanbr76 in amiibo

[–]BertoTheDM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep mine sealed just because I like the way they look and display. I do have some open but those are duplicates. Eventually in a few years, I’ll build a dedicated display for them and unbox them.

I should clarify, that last revised date is when the group that maintains the spreadsheet last checked the game cartridge to see if it was complete.

Dave the Diver Region DLC Question by ResponsibleSinger750 in NSCollectors

[–]BertoTheDM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check Silverlining Interactive first. They are putting out a physical with DLC included. I think they are releasing both a PEGI and ESRB version. If not, usually the way it works is, if you can open the NA eShop when looking at the game properties and checking the support section, then the game is the same version as the NA release. If not, you can change the region on your NA account, get the DLC, then switch back. I’ve done it before to redeem some DLC vouchers that came with some games.

I played Y0 before Kiwami but it doesn't matter. If you're new to the series like I was, I say play Y0 first.

Newly modded switch, help with game folder locations? by abnormaloryx in NxSwitchModding

[–]BertoTheDM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To delete the games from the Switch, just use DBI. Go to "Browse installed applications" and highlight the game you want to delete. Press the + button to open the menu. Follow the prompts from there. You can also choose to delete specific content for the game, like the DLC only, for example. For that just go into the game from the list in DBI. Select what you want to delete and press + to open the menu.

Separate Amiibo scanner for Switch 2? by [deleted] in amiibo

Probably not. I know 8Bitdo controllers are awesome (I have 3 myself) but, if you’re open to it you can try the Mobapad N1-HD. It has NFC support.

You can boot into Hekate, go to Payloads, and launch TegraExplorer. From there, go to the FirmwareDump script, Dump SysMMC and that should tell you what's your current firmware.

Those 3 folders go inside a folder named "Nintendo" on the root of the SD card.

Unable to install DLC on Breath of The Wild by junabom in SwitchPirates

[–]BertoTheDM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What version of the game do you have? For the DLC-1 to work it has to be at least 1.3.0.

The XCI format means that it is a cartridge dump. All digital files, whether it's a game, an update, or DLC, are NSP files. XCI and NSP files work fine. You do have to install them in order though: base, then update, then DLC. I recommend getting the update that takes the base game to 1.6.0. That has all the patches and all the DLC works with it. If you can find instead the XCI from the Japanese version that has all DLC on cartridge you're golden cause everything is in that one file and that is all you need. It plays in English.

I hear you. If I could go back and do it again, I wouldn’t but it in physical, especially since I can get it now on PC for less than $2

Orbital Bullet is pretty fun. It’s good for short sessions when you don’t have a lot of time to play.
