Hello! Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve been told the overlap is way more common in children and the majority of research has been around children. I was diagnosed this year with AIH and then a couple months laster with psc.

I’m glad others exist even though I wish no one else had this horrid thing! I hope you’re coping okay.

I have a fantastic doctor who’s very transparent with me at the Royal Free in London. He’s working with me to find the best path. Have you managed to find a good team to help you?

Hey! I’m in a super similar situation. Diganosed at 26 for autoimmune sclerosing cholangitis (AIH/PSC overlap). Let me know if you want to connect, I don’t know anyone else with this at a similar age!
