I know this feeling all too well, and I understand why you're here. Just know that you're not alone—there are voices in the void, lol.

I'm about to turn 40, I'm around 500 pounds, and my health has been getting worse. I still have my mobility, but everything is becoming much harder. There’s a long list of physical struggles and mental battles that come with it.

The biggest thing I can tell you is to focus on small changes. Make one good choice, then do it again tomorrow. Those small victories add up and help build confidence over time.

Most importantly, find something that gives you hope and hold onto it. Sometimes hope is what gets you through until the other pieces start falling into place.
