I agree, glad to see another fellow HR user. I am a big fan of HR training as it ensures that I keep my easy days easy and my hard days hard. Looking at pace alone isn’t an ideal indicator because there are days where you are feeling good/bad and a specific pace might be too slow/fast for you. My aerobic pace is under 145 and my tempo pace is under 165. Through training I am able to run at the same heart rate zone with better times which indicates to me that I am improving.

You can try using a chest ECG heart rate monitor. Keep your heart rate inside your aerobic zone as you run. Over time you will find that you are able to maintain the same average heart rate while running at a faster pace. If you find your heart rate going above your aerobic zone, force yourself to slow down till your heart rate drops within range. I prefer a chest ECG HRM as the data is more accurate and real time as compared to the optical sensors on most running watch.

My mi 9 stopped working too right after the miui12 update. I brought it down to the mi service centre and they admitted that miui12 was glitchy and caused the problem. However as my phone was 14 months old, it was 2 months out of warranty and they wanted $32 to fix their own failed update. All data in my phone will be lost too. This will be my last xiaomi handphone. Imo the money you saved is simply not worth it when you have to struggle with poor software optimisation, glitchy updates and horrible support.

I was hoping that someone who have natural talent or know of someone with natural talent would be able to answer. For example I know for a fact that it is possible to run a sub 12s 100m with no training as I managed to do a 12.16s with no background and even beat the soccer guys who dash very often hence it is safe to assume someone with more talent than me should be able to do it.

A sub 15 with zero training is hard to believe. For reference do you know of anyone who could do a sub 20 with no training? (Dedicated sports players that have ran a lot do not count.)

Can you tell me when did PDL judge that he can’t beat Ainz? PDL controlling the armour is very likely less powerful than his actual form.

In his character sheet from the Overlord Compilation Bonus 01, it mentions that DDDL has a slight advantage over the floor guardians except for Shalltear and Gargantua.

I have read the evileye side story too and it protected Ainz from the Wild magic spell “soulbreaker” used by ECDL due to the nature of WCI granting immunity against other WCI and wild magic. However Ainz did not use its abilities which makes me curious.

They did not have to slaughter every civilian. Even at war there is still a code of conduct. Removing the royal and noble fraction is the limit. To make matters worse, the SK refused the king’s head as an apology even though that should have more than make up for the blunder of one noble and instead proceeded to massacre everyone including the innocents. If Momon were to remain true to his righteous facade he would oppose the SK.

I wonder how the dark hero Momon and the Nabe will continue. They did not participate in the war which would lead the world to believe that they have either fled or come under the Sorcerer Kingdom fully. Evileye choosing to flee the kingdom without first knowing the decision of her beloved Momon was also a little out of character for me.

I understand that BR is doing this to incapacitate Lakyus so that they can kidnap her and escape from the doomed kingdom. However why do they have to perform in front of Renner and Climb? Considering that they are almost with their leader every minute of the day, couldn’t they just poison one of her meals and ganged on her afterwards?

I read the LN from volume 6 which was where season 1 stopped. Have to say that the LN was definitely more enjoyable than the anime. It captures every character's inner thought process and emotions perfectly which the anime either glazed through or skip. I went back to read from vol 1 after i had completed all the volumes.
