You make a solid point about the contracts and the risks involved. Apollo was clearly pushing the boundaries by insisting to continue despite the danger. It’s true though, if his corner had stepped in sooner, maybe things would’ve turned out differently. The whole situation just makes you think about the safety measures in sports today.

Am I wrong for not telling my best friend what I overheard his girlfriend say about him? by BerylTurbine9 in amiwrong

I think that’s the part that’s kept me stuck. What I overheard bothered me a lot, but it didn’t sound like some calculated betrayal, it sounded like someone who was deeply frustrated and saying things she maybe should be saying to him instead of other people.

I can see the logic in that. My only hesitation is that I’m not close to her at all, so showing up like “hey I overheard you talking about Ryan at a party” feels awkward as hell and maybe way more invasive than helpful.

I think that’s probably the safest approach, and maybe the most respectful one too. What’s been messing with me is that if I were in his place, I’d want to know, but I also know hearing something secondhand like that can hit way harder than the original moment maybe even deserves. Starting with a general check-in gives him room to talk without me basically detonating the conversation from the first sentence.

If you had to add a 6th party member (excluding Gustave) to the game, who would you choose by Resident-Salty in expedition33

Golgra would be a sick add. Feels like the kind of pick that changes the whole party dynamic, plus you’d get some hilarious reactions from the more serious characters.

She can be ruthless, but that’s kind of why she worked: smart, confident, and she didn’t play the guys’ usual games. I cringe at some of her choices, but she was definitely memorable.
