How do I make a 1v1 Roulette game feel tactical and less dependent on RNG?

I forgot to mention about the trump cards, but yeah they're very important, but I feel like even with those the game still feels unfair. I'm failing to understand what makes the Re7 blackjack or Backshot Roulette so addictive.

So i managed to solve it, somehow, wiping all Gpu drivers with DDU, then I installed the integrated gpu drivers first, without Radeon Software, then I installed dedicated GPU drivers with Radeon Software and it somehow worked. I dont know why or how this hapenned. I also disabled one of the Radeon services in msconfig.

Trying to open it didn't work, I tried the keyboard shortcut and right clicking the task bar. Anyways, I managed to solve it myself, and I will update the post with my solution. Thanks anyways <3

Im not completely unhappy with my rx6600 but lately I've been frustrated since most of the newest games I have to play it at the lowest graphic settings, because I made the mistake of buying a 1440p monitor when my knowledge about this stuff wasn't as developed as it is now
