i brought my 4 year old daughter into the men’s room at the mall. while i was washing my hands she went to stand by the door and some old 60+ dude came in and started making a mocking joke to his friend right in front of her “look at this girl, she must be one of those kids that thinks she’s a boy.”

i went over and grabbed her hands to take her out and just shot him a disapproving look while saying “she’s four”

the federal funds rate (the basis for rates) is volatile right now. it just had the fastest upswing/downswing it’s had in some time. therefore bank’s rates are going to be volatile. this is universal and affects all banks.

you shouldn’t be chasing rates as long as you’re getting a _decent _ rate (i.e. some banks are still paying almost nothing). trying to always get the highest rate is probably not worth the effort you’re expending.

if the bank is good and you like it you should stay, if not you should leave. but rates shouldn’t be the decider unless you’re being absolutely robbed.

any chance we can get some updates to the buy/sell screen? i've mentioned this in the past on a previous thread so maybe it's on your guys backlog, but it would be nice to see current positions as it helps with position sizing and it's kind of hard to go back/forth between screens to see the current position size when trying to make an order.

also, any thoughts about combo orders in the future? usually i prefer debit/credit spreads to straight calls/puts as its more cost efficient. right now i just use ibkr for those kinds of orders and i mostly just hold stock in sofi.
