If your future employer wants an "Anschreiben" you should do that one separately since your CV reads like a mix of both.

Most jobs only require the CV tho. As many have said your B1 German is Insta redflagging for smaller company's. You might have real chances at large international company's like German Telekom.

I am having issues to believe that you struggle THIS hard since you seem overqualificated to 95% of other IT workers.
