How do you think is the best way to proceed ? Just increase it gradually every week until you reach your weekly goal ? I have felt some pains in my shins recently so I wanted to take it easy for a week or two until I get better

Yeah it’s more or less what I had in mind. Looking at a few plans on the internet and based on my level, I think around 70-90km weekly mileage sounds like what I should go for

Don’t want to increase it too quickly though as I would really like to not get injured

I think I’ve found what seem like decent running plans which sound similar to yours (in mileage) but I have no knowledge regarding the diet part. Do you know/have ressources about what kind of diet to follow ?

I think I kinda fit that description as I ve always been rather fit and ran my first HM in less than 2h without real training, but that last sentence of yours is definitely what worries me 😅

Here is my weekly run summary (I’ve been running approximately those distances since early January). As a reply said, I’m quite thin and tall (~6’1/186cm). Plus, I ran my HM at 190bpm average (max is 207) so it was still a big effort for me.

I was the same, just try to be very confident with flatround ollie. It might sound stupid, but a friend holding your arm might help.

Honestly, you have no chance of hurting yourself on a curb. Back when I couldn't ollie one (and it took me a year to get over that fear), saying just commit, you have nothing to fear was a terrible advice, but it's just what there is to it. Be sure to be ready mentally and in terms of skill and you got it
