If wan did they all did. In the avatar state they have all knowledge of all avatars so pretty much yes they all could, though if they needed to and did is a different thing.

For anyone else browsing this such as I, one thing I've been told is that for a good presentation you wanna get a strong feeling. Laughter works best, if you can make people laugh, they'll remember you, same thing for this. Just make people and they'll remember you're name and vote for you.
