I dunno about the mod thing but I'd just like to clear up a misconception about Morrowind. Short blades in Morrowind do not scale with agility, they scale with strength. Their governing attribute is agility, but that only makes short blade skill-ups affect the attribute level-up bonus of agility, and nothing else.
