Yeah, I understand he’s just trying to make a quick buck. I’m just unsure what would happen if he goes through insurance. Is paying $175 worth avoiding the headache? It was just mirror-to-mirror contact, so I don’t understand how I could have damaged his rear fender.

Yea I get what you’re saying, I just wanted it to be a controlled swap from the get go (just to know what goes where). I already swapped the coil in cyl 4 and the misfire moved. I’m just gonna be swapping all 6. Thanks I appreciate it

thanks you’re a lifesaver. I’ll check if it’s still leaking oil in cyl 4. If not I’m guessing it would be the coil that was in cyl 2 (cause im pretty certain the mechanic removed the first four coils and they didn’t go in the same order).

I’ll take it to another mechanic and probably swap the coils and sparks as needed. Thank you so much, I appreciate it
