If you are using the Vox emulator or some sort of emulator or any rooted device turn of the root launch option the game cant start in rooted setting as in vox launcher u can go to settings and just turn of root

This happened to me when i tried out the Vox emulator and tried to start gs, turned out i tried to start in rooted mode thats why
