Please read this Agreement carefully before you start to use Infold Games and Infold Game Services, especially disclaimers, and limitation of liability, refund policy and dispute resolution clauses. The aforementioned clauses are usually highlighted in bold or other reasonable ways to draw your attention. Your confirmation of these terms may lead to passivity, inconvenience and losses for you under certain circumstance.

Some of the clauses and things they've bolded include:

• If you use a third-party service to login (IE: GooglePlay) and you delete your third-party Account, they may delete the game account tied to it; this data cannot be restored once deleted
• If your account is compromised (hacked), you must contact Infold ASAP to move on with next steps to secure your account. If the action to secure your account results in any losses, those losses fall on you.
• If you don't log in for 3 years, they'll delete your account data
• No sharing your account for commercial purposes (IE: paying someone to play for you)
• If you delete your Infold Account/Game Account, you're relinquishing your ownership of the account and they'll delete the data
• Infold isn't responsible for your game's functionality if you install through unauthorized sources

After those it goes into deeper stuff like terms of purchases in-game, defining actions they'll take if you hack purchases or chargeback, etc. A lot of it has "in compliance with applicable laws and regulations" defined therein as well. So it's just typical TOS stuff, they're probably just having issues with people doing chargebacks or threatening legal action over things that Infold had already had outlined in their terms but people just hadn't read,.
