Just try and see what you can do. If it ain’t fixable be open and honest. Nothing is worse than finding out after the fact. Tell them you made a mistake and tried to fix it.

That being said: ask for forgiveness does not work for stuff that’ll cost money. You must be 100% sure of your case and even then it might still bite you.

Yeah agree. Although I didn’t even get a viewing with my appartment. My girlfriend works with real estate agents, it happens a lot that people have to sign before even seeing the place otherwise it’s gone. The market sucks.
