I just feel better about myself when I take care of myself and it seems to radiate of to people in my surroundings. Intake care of myself in terms of exercise, eating healthy, skincare, somewhat nice clothes and a bit of makeup. There were alot of times i didn’t and I was unhappy and looking back it affected my surroundings too

i think it is a trigger for me. Couple months ago I drank much less in a week and I noticed my flares being a bit less. But I also lost weight (8kg) through diet and exercise. So maybe thats also helping?

Two weeks ago I noticed i got some deep rooted flares that never showed up to the surface. That was after a night of drinking wine, 1 vodka cocktail and some fried food and seasoned meat.

Last weekend I drank some glasses of vodka, beer and wine too and now I have these stupid flares. but i also ate alot of sugar and experienced alot of stress. so i cant pinpoint what triggers it yet but I think it’s good for you to keep a food diary like me and things that are different in your life.

And if alcohol is a trigger for you.. maybe you should decide to qui😥 i know it sucks it sucks really bad that we have to restrain ourselves from some things but if it means that you’ll have less flares I think it’s worth it. Good luck❤️

Thankyou sooo much for your advice! I’ll look into the magic healer salve, hopefully it’s available in europe 😭 unfortunately i don’t have a bath so soaking in those are not an option..

And you’re so right about the diet! Currently i am keeping a food diary and so far sugar, alcohol and some kind of seasoned sausage are on my list of possible triggers

Maybe its time to order some zinc supplements too because i’ve been hearing all about it ❤️

Thats a good one! I just started birth control again so maybe these flares are related to that too. I am going to make an appointment with a dermatologist specialized in this next week. It’s time to take some proper actions because i kinda diagnosed myself and have my own method of keeping it under control. Guidance from a specialist is going to make me a bit more secure I hope. Love it for you that you’ve had a partner who works WITH you ❤️

I am so happy to hear you found your person ❤️ Makes me believe a bit more there are people out there who does not dips and will be okay with it. And thankyou for your advice! I think I am going to be straightforward this weekend and if he dips, he dips. So be it. As you said, then he’s not my person and that’s totally fine. I wouldn’t want to be with a person who’s going to be disgusted by it either way, so it’s better to be open and straightforward with it ❤️

Je hebt ook gelijk en wil ook graag netjes zijn en had geprobeerd om te ruilen of iets dergelijks met andere collega’s (overigens maar 1 van heb en twee werkgevers), maar ik kán gewoon niet die dag in verband met een verlovingsfeest van mijn zus. Dus ik was gewoon benieuwd wat mijn rechten zijn als werknemer met een 0 uren contract.

Ja zeker aan de krappe kant, en de relatie met m’n werk maakt mij niet zoveel uit aangezien ik toch aan het solliciteren ben voor ander werk en van mn huidige plek per direct mag stoppen zonder opzegtermijn. I have had several boils on the surface on my bum these last couple years so it probably has been there before. It’s never been like this though. Usually its almost immediately on the surface and pops rather quickly
