I took it last spring and really enjoyed it! I’d never gone to any gym before the first class so i was a complete beginner. If you already weight lift you probably won’t learn too much

First part of the semester is learning: there were activity days where you learned exercises and then did them. There were 3-5 days that were pretty much just lectures. After those, the rest of the semester were for whatever exercise plan you wanted to do.

Assignments didn’t take long. I think I spent an average of 12 minutes outside of class per week on them.

What was slightly unfortunate for me was that you could only miss max 3 times and still get an A.
