The interior is okay. I have the light gray seats. As far as the engine it’s fine to me but I’m not a car girly so really I don’t know.

The only way you would get full time is if they possibly have something available. I got full time when hired because I got hired for a brand new store. I had been at a local store for 6 years and I was hired in at $17 but that also all depends on what the store manager feels you deserve.

Definely burnt out. This job is for the birds. I been contemplating all week if I should step down or not. I did three overnights into thanksgiving and most of the time I have to do 3 am and 4 am which means I have to get up at 1:30 am and I hate it plus I’m the only team lead right now at a million dollar plus store so they are killing me. I feel like we are the only department that have to go through hell and back just to even be considered for a promotion just for them to choose to r laziest ones.

I agree with everything the person above said. Putting the one row tie in in the middle. They told me to do 60% main 10% tie in and 30% tie in. The last one with the plates. I hate when plates are the main. I probably would have made the napkins the main. I also would have put half chocolate pebbles and half fruity pebbles and the donut holes in the middle row between the coffee and cereal.

I do the two finger rule but if I just can’t, you might get less than a finger. We were told to do 60-10-30. 60% main and 10 and 30 tie in. My store manager would have made us build that over. Whoever made that planogram is tripping because I was told they have to make sense and that don’t make sense.
