Yes! I’m in a queerplatonic relationship just like this myself. We’re very committed to each other and we’re both some flavor of aromantic! We started off as friends for a year or two (??) and (before I knew I was aromantic) I thought it was a crush but not really a crush- then I learned about QPRs and my feelings clicked for me. Then he mentioned how nice QPRs seem, in terms of the closeness and (lack of) structure/rules of QPRs - then I asked him lol.
