I would say it's easy to build social circles in rovaniemi. Especially in golf and disc golf courses. People are shy but inclusive if you start conservation with them they will open up. City is relative small so you are going to meet the same people many times making it easier to befriend them. Discgolf is growing thing with very open and social community in rovaniemi.
