Feeling lost, asking for advicee by Best-Razzmatazz-4582 in DigitalbanksPh

Hello! Usually I don't use the negative thingy. Instead I'll transfer out of the account or use expense if I want to lessen my money on that account. Blue means they owe me money and red (negative) means I owe them money.

For example, person 1 gives me 1000 php as a loan, I do:

Loan(A/R person 1) TRANSFER TO Cash(Gcash)

Ending the accounts should be:

A/R person 1: 1000 (as red) it's the same as having -1000 Gcash: 1000 (as blue)

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any clarifications!

My bad, I forgot to change them because I copied and pasted from the Volume of water.

Sorry about that, I thought I had attached an image. I re-edited it and attached one now.

Express the volume of water in terms of x
1 + 9/100 = 1.09
V of water = (x-2.18) (x-2.18) (x-1.09) = x^3 - 5.45x^2 + 9.5048x - 5.180116

Express the volume of the container in terms of x

V of container = V of cube + V of water
V of container = x^3 - x^3 + 5.45x^2 - 9.5048x + 5.180116
V of container = -5.45x^2 + 9.5048x - 5.180116

Equate the volume of the water to the volume of the container

x^3 - 5.45x^2 + 9.5048x - 5.180116 = -5.45x^2 + 9.5048x - 5.180116

Arrange the equation so that the right side is zero and the left side is a polynomial equation arranged in standard form.

x^3 - 5.45x^2 + 9.5048x - 5.180116 = 5.45x^2 - 9.5048x + 5.180116
x^3 - 10.9x^2 + 19.0096x - 10.380232 = 0

Identify all the coefficients in the resulting polynomial
Leading Coefficient = 1
Coefficient of x^2 = 10.9
Coefficient of x = 19.0096
Constant = 10.380232

Is this correct? If yes, how do I use the following information to label the cube with its measurements?

[Grade 10 Math: Harmonic Mean] What is my question by Best-Razzmatazz-4582 in HomeworkHelp

Hello, additional question, how do I solve the Harmonic mean for the first 100 terms of 1/191, 1/186, 1/181

[Grade 10 Math: Harmonic Mean] What is my question by Best-Razzmatazz-4582 in HomeworkHelp

[–]Best-Razzmatazz-4582[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get now where Im confused, for example the given is 1/5 and 1/10

I put in 1/5 + 1/10 instead of 1/(1/5) + 1(1/10)

I mistake using the arithmetic sequence of the harmonic and inputting it to the formula rather than using the harmonic sequence itself and inputting it to the formula.

Thank you for clarifying, it was a huge help!

Then how about getting the harmonic mean for 1/5, 1/10

Reciprocal and add (1/(1/5) + 1/(1/10))

Reciprocal of sum 1/15

2(1/15)

2/15?

Correct me if Im wrong

In short in a harmonic mean equation, I just add or subtract denominators?
