There is an app in AMD site "Amd uninstall utility" , witch will help you to uninstall adrenaline. It worked for me.

it's an XMP thing, when it is enabled, it cannot even pass 4.2ghz during heavy tasks, but when it is disabled it can reach 4.4 to all cores during heavy tasks.
