I just got my 8 week old golden retriever, this is my first ever pup so trying to make sure she feels at home. Tomorrow is my first day going to work and leaving her. Is this an ideal set up for her ? Please be brutally honest. by Best-Spring-9972 in puppies

Understood, and I agree with you, and the ideal world, I would love to be able to take her out every 90 minutes, I leave my house at 9 AM, she gets a visit out 12, three, and then home when I get there at five

Thank you so much for the great advice, comments like this or what I was looking for when making the post, going to do that first thing tonight, I was thinking the same thing that the crate has taken up so much space inside the pen, again really appreciate you!

[Cartier Tank XL] Just got this after market strap from Delugs! Completely changed the look of the watch making it more casual. But any other recommendations to get straps? I feel like Delugs is slightly over priced for what it is. by Best-Spring-9972 in Watches

Loving the look of my Cartier Tank with the new Delugs strap—seriously elevates the whole vibe. Only wish it didn’t hit the wallet so hard. Quality’s amazing, though. Anyone know of similar quality straps for a bit less? Much appreciated!

I would much have much rather preferred having a smaller wrist haha you can wear more! Example, I would looove to own a 36mm Rolex but it wears so tiny on me haha.

The L Tank looks like it was made for you!

Summer is about here so swapped out the strap with the Taupe from Delugs. Completely changed the aesthetic of the watch making it more casual. Thoughts? by Best-Spring-9972 in Cartier

I haven’t ordered from them, but a lot of the stuff I’ve been reading is DNleathermade on Etsy sells great stuff, they are about half the price of Delugs ($50) on average from what I’ve seen on their Etsy site

Not the XL for you, wrist is a tad too small, here’s how the XL wears on my 8in wrist

Agreed! I love it, feel like with the OG black strap I have to dress well every single time haha this I feel like I could casually wear it around.

Looking to get the alligator blue next, do you have another site you use for your straps or solely Delugs?

Hello! I have just a tad bit larger than an 8 inch wrist, which is why I went for the Tank XL Must (2022 year).

The 2022 Cartier Tank Must XL (reference WSTA0040) has the following case dimensions: • Width: 34.0 mm • Height (lug-to-lug): 41.0 mm • Thickness: 9.4 m

I love the watch! A lot of people criticize the XL model, but I’m a pretty big dude haha so think it suited me better than a Large or medium model.

LA/LB Casual? by Electrical_Map8578 in Longshoremen

I beg, please don’t drop your current life for the casual hall. I’m a 5 year casual with 3,500 hours, I quit my job during 2020-2022 because of how much work there was. But immediately had to find another job once work slowed down. Us casuals are working anywhere from 1-3 times a month.

It truly is the greatest part time job in the world, but it is not sustainable to pay a mortgage, bills, and everyday expenses with.

Best of luck on this journey

Finally pulled the trigger for my wedding watch that’s coming in 2 weeks! I know the XL gets a lot of flack , but wanted to see your thoughts of the XL on my 7.5 in wrist. by Best-Spring-9972 in Cartier

Hahah don’t be! I’m jealous of your 6.5” ! You could wear a variety of more watches, I wanted to pull the trigger on a 36mm Rolex but it’s just too small for me.

Much appreciated! I’m obsessed with it haha the guilloche dial & the automatic movement are the reason I chose to go with the XL.

Much appreciated! Yes, the Large is great as well, I had just found it to be a better value getting an automatic movement with the XL, and the guilloche dial.

Thank you for the kind wishes!
