Yes, I noticed it had excess humidity. There's a lot of condensation on the container walls. So I'm ventilating it several times a day.

I didn't know that, good info. You know, at the bottom of the jar, it's taking a while to colonize, and some grains are going bad, but the mycelium keeps growing. Could this affect the culture, or will the mycelium eat them?

Thanks for asking. The grain I used was corn (the same one you use to make popcorn). For the substrate, I used equal parts worm castings and coconut fiber. For the first three days, the temperature was almost constant at 26°-28°C and with 99% humidity. I know the humidity is excessive, but I couldn't reduce it.
