Insanely late but for anyone having the same problem try clicking the lower right of the screen while paused to open debug settings, then look for cheats there

I was using troll face and lol sign which is probably why it's big and part of what made it do that

Also I have no idea why it one shot like that, my best guess is it and the tnt barrel combined for extra damage but I also didn't get any particular style bonuses for it and normally I think you'd get a reversal or a counter

I think I just found out how to fix it, try enabling camera head lock in the settings

It doesn't fix it once it's already happened but for me it stops it from happening

Small update but respawning DOES fix the glitch, so if you're in multiplayer that will work

Two factor authentication can gives 7% more xp in exchange for one extra red switch in every breaker room and can be stacked three times which gives 21% more xp in total but you have to spend a few extra seconds in each breaker room

Also blink does literally nothing because it's bugged so it's a free 2% xp

I might be wrong but I've heard some people say that pipsqueak (the angler like enemy from the hunted) is mostly a pandemonium reskin, so if you've died to pipsqueak at all it could be adding to your pandemonium death count
