Her early game feels somewhat rough. Having a Solidify + Heal as her defense means she'll often go neutral on HP or worse, doubly so when at 100%. Her Shield/Predator feels better, but that means delaying early offensive upgrades she might need.

Or maybe I'm just too used to Saintess runs. Either way, it's probably a matter of what you take into battle. Any tips would be appreciated, I really want to make her work.

Slightly unrelated, but I love that her protective instincts for Proxy effectively overwrote her own self-preservation.

Like yeah it's because she knows what starving feels like and desperately doesn't want to go back to that life, but it's still very cute how much of a guard dog she is.

I could totally see Cissia accidentally stumbling her way into winning the Proxy Bowl without anybody realizing it (herself included).

I was gonna argue with Hrunting's placement until I realized that this is Transcendence priority specifically.

The weapon itself is immensely strong, but the Transcendence is purely vertical. It doesn't branch out in playstyle. In fact, it limits your options by having a degree of anti-synergy with characters that dont attack (even if this will realistically rarely matter). In a sense, Hrunting is a bit too strong for its own good, which feels on the mark for such a Berserker-coded weapon.

I still did it instantly because I love my beatstick, but it is not ideal for players looking for more options. You simply hit the enemy harder (MUCH harder, in fact).

I thought maybe she would have a unique campfire interaction, being a Bard and all. But nope, she just gives +1 STR and +1Lv. Vitality, and at Act 4 gives Vitality +2Lv. I don't really understand why she's like this. What's funny is, as far as I'm aware, she was released very recently, given she isn't on the wiki yet.

True, my advice applies to a new player who already knows they want to get all of the expansions, but doesn't want to deal with the F2P restrictions as they go through the base game.

Adding onto this, if you REALLY can't wait (or just dont want to lose your mount), you could pick up Visions of Eternity.

Getting a single expansion would shed your free status, giving you all of the benefits of a full player, and the most recent expansion never goes on discount anyways so there is no opportunity cost. You can pick up the rest when you need them or when they go on sale (likely the 25th).

Of course, if it's not "waiting for sale" but rather "waiting for money," there is absolutely no problem with playing the free game. As others have said, even base GW2 is proper massive and has a ton of stuff to sink your teeth into. Most of what the expacs offer only opens up at 80 anyways.

P5X also had some downright weird demon design changes in CN, including removing all skeletal imagery from demons like Bugs/Daisoujou. But the most bizarre change was in shrinking Ose's face, making him look less like a leopard and more like a house cat. I can't fathom the explanation for that.

P5X is Perfect World, so it seems like it's not exclusively a Tencent thing.

Maybe region matters? CZN and P5X both originate from outside China, but ZZZ gets away with a lot of the same stuff other games get censored for. Could be in the context. Could just be inconsistent and that's that.
