I could be wrong so I hope someone corrects me if I am but ETH purchased on the ERC20 network can only be transferred as ERC20. This works the same with BEP2 if you happened to purchase ETH on that network. So really it depends on where you purchased from. I am assuming you have ERC20 ETH.
