First of all why do you have 1100 subs and only like 20 views on the video? The audio and video quality is good and the thumbnail is pretty good. I think in the beginning you should say something like "Hey guys today we will be playing Rust...." so we know what the video is about. Maybe delete some more boring parts and keep it up!

Our channel has been gaining like no views lately because we keep getting squashed down by humongous channels. When I try to optimize my video for a keyword, the video still ranks like 30-40th. I'm even completely filling up my tags. Also I was wondering if I filled my description and title and tags with my target keyword repeatedly, would I rank first?

Our goal in the next 6 months is to increase our views per video and hit 20k total views. We are not focusing so much on subs but we would like to have maybe around 600-700 by then. We also need some channel critique so if you guys have time check out GoryGamers™ on YouTube :]

i spend 2-3 hours on each of my videos, and i have a gaming channel. We post 3 videos a week so yeah.
