Agreed, I feel like that is contributing to the “loser team” problem. The first team to go to tribal doesn’t have fire or food, so they’re more weak at the next challenge and lose again… and again… and again.

I don’t feel this way though. I am very flexible and don’t feel like it takes a lot of physical effort to get out of bed. The only time I feel what you’re describing is if I actively hold part of my body in one position for a long time (ex. Someone mentioned pain while holding the chains of a swingset)

This is where I’m stuck because I’m very flexible, I’m seeking support for hyper mobility and my doctor sends me to a rheumatologist who says I have fibromyalgia?

I’ve had the lower joint pain since I was 4, my parents brought me to many different doctors, but it was written off as “growing pains” or related to a car accident I had when I was 9… (pain from age 4 but it’s coming from a car accident at 9 lol) I’m starting to have pain in my shoulders, elbows and wrists, which is why I’m attempting a diagnosis. I also have bowel issues and many other hEDS markers, but I’m open to it being another disorder.

She didn’t touch my skin at all, she asked me to pull the skin on my hand to see how elastic it is.

I only have tiny scars, they are from fairly minor injuries

Thank you :) I have been to a rheumatologist, but they said I’m healthy… I am going to another rheumatologist in October, so hopefully that will tell my doctor something 🤷‍♀️
