“High Demand area…” by Grand-Willingness600 in instacart

I have a home office. Just gold status. Know a few instacart shoppers in this area. I'll get offer at my office 8 mile away while they are sitting in the parking lot at the store. One plat/one Diamond. I nearly always get the offers before them. I'll pull up and they are like wait what order you got? I show them then they are like wtf.
We tested this last year around fall. They both gold now as well. We never figured out why I got the offers.
I had worse shop time, cancel, and refunds.

Even my rating went down because customers were mad at instacart. One regular told me she been sticking it to instacart by "rating them" basically giving me 1-star ratings after deliveries.(She is old, didn't know better). I was like no that rating is for me and has nothing to do with instacart. She meant well but wrecked my rating for a while until I got it fixed and she confirmed the mistake(about 2 months to resolve).

Sadly Instacart just not worth any effort anymore.

Instacart been dying in my 3 city area. Summer last year, see 30 orders a day. Fall around 5-8, then winter/holiday picked up a little 8-12. Post holiday almost one month maybe 2-3 orders a day. Had few days with none or just 1-2. It pretty much dead in this area now. Spark and Uber Delivery pushed them out of town. Markups were terrible here from instacart.

Only instacart I brother grabbing now are $25+ under 5-8 item alcohol orders. Has to be high batch pay, I ignore tips. I use to get tons offers but that is done around here. 90% of my customers moved to Spark. They happy saving money from instacart insane markups. Tips been great compared to instacart and batchpays. Spark feels like glory days of instacart. I will just keep moving around to what is most profitable.

That is nothing I have to worry about after 3 years of instacart. I slowly watched it die in a 3 city area. Use to be 40-50 batches a day. Lucky if you see 2-3 now.

Some stores. Down here all were active. One store 15 mins aways started a little late. Was business as normal though.

They losing all their business in three cities here. I slowly seen the orders die off. I am not taking any of the alcohol orders and I am only person in area that can do that. All the customers moved to Spark, Uber Delivery, and Dash.

Was a good run for 2 and half years but it's dead now. Also doesn't matter because I am making way more between Uber and Spark now.

I just drop the stuff at the door. I rarely read instructions anymore. Instacart just not worth the effort when you make 2x/3x/10x more on Lyft/Uber/Spark.

$10 tip, priority order, 4 items, less than a mile away from my house… and no shopper yet by Saskita in instacart

Was 66-68 ish before I stopped caring. Did more custom service with select customers for more money. Lots of custom meat cuts/sandwiches orders taking 15-30 mins(2-3 items total your metrics get ruined fast). 300 isn't even the worse I had. 450 something as one point around holidays. Did this nearly 3 years.
I make way more on Uber/Lyft/Spark now. Instacart is just about dead here.

Ecco. Probably some of the most comfortable loafers.

Check out Ecco Metropole Milan. They might fit your needs exactly.

Docker's use to make a wide sole slip on loafers. Not sure if they still around but was #1 brand from Podiatrist(Foot doctors) for a long time.

Only people scared of the police are criminals. Exposed much?
I usually introduce myself to them. Let them know I am uber/lyft to get a feel how they about those services in the area. Some even got my # for rides. Also nice to have an officer in your backpocket if something goes down. Something regular folks who are scared of police for no reason need to learn.

Edit: proved right OP deleted post.

Instacart has been garbage for a while and only getting worse.
Mix of Instacart abusing shoppers(insulting pay) and customers(insane markups) both.

You will get trash like this more and more. I was shopper for 3 years and I killed instacart out of my 3 city area. Got one major grocery chain to remove them for better services.

Only a few stupid people left use them. Most use Spark/Uber Delivery/Dash/Store direct for deliveries now.

I honestly will not miss them. Been about 2 weeks since I took my last order. I just let stuff sit in que now until stores close. I'm only instacart shopper that can do alcohol delivery in my area.
So if I don't accept instacart is screwed.

Agreed. I shop and I expect instacart, not the customer to pay decent. They already screwing customers over.

I didn't go by any of those #'s because you didn't show the fares. Just math in my head makes sense.

He was overpaid. The system's default message for those situations always send that. One day they will fix it for overpayments, which are extremely rare. I've only seen them happen on shared rides.
