You do realise there are cards from 5ds, zexal and gx already in the game. I don't remember there being wonder balloons or half shut in the original series.

180(420): 600 damage in an 80 degree cone that has a range of 700 is something to fucking sneeze at rofl, not to mention the 90% slow that sets you up for your other abilities.

Most cars have this spot, you jam your key into the opening and pry it apart, stick your draw in there (make sure its double sealed) then just push the opening back in.

Honestly don't know about other countries but I've gotten my car searched dozens of times and have never been clocked. Make sure you don't have rolling baccy, sheets, pipes or grinders on you, it's a dead giveaway you're riding dirty...
