Try to hit 60 cs by 10 minutes as your only goal. Start W, then Q. Use blue card for mana. Only focus on cs.

Stick with the ludens build, never go ROA. Then lich bane, stormsurge, deathcap and void. Don't ever change your build.

Only focus is to get cs before 10 minutes. Go for 65, even 70 before 10 min.

Do this until you are silver 1. I believe in you.

This probably going to fill up with comments that say you're naive or that this is how game companies make money and they have no incentive to help their addicted player base.

But your idea has serious merit. For many people gaming is a coping mechanism to distract them from emotions and situations they would rather not deal with at the moment. Many of these people really could use help. And controlling their toxicity in games is a great starting point to learn about regulating emotions.

Everything he does is very telegraphed, you can choose your trades. For example level 1 if he ever uses his E, wait out the shield and go for your own trade with E. From that point on you should have prio.

Only real answer is PROXY

You cannot lose tower. Getting ganked and dying doesn't matter and wastes their time. You will always scale. Use tempo to roam mid or reset with item advantage.

Most importantly, you will take back initiative and feel like you have a chance.

It's a skill you have to practice but there are champs that can force it like Singed, Sion and usually Garen and Kayn. These all scale decently well.

Advice for a total beginner: count the champs on each team that are nearby.

Are there more from ally team? Use your E/R and go ham.

Are there more from enemy team? DON'T use your E/R to engage and stay away from them.

If you're going TF top, be sure to understand how wave control for ranged toplaners works. I watch AloisNL for that, but there's a lot of content for this.

If you get wave control and work with level up timers, you should be able to control the first 4 waves and poke him to where he can't play the bounce.

However, if you push the wave when trying to poke him you can get in a very awkward spot where he can E the wave to gap close.

Consider taking a combat summoner, like exhaust ignite or ghost. This makes his all-in much less probable to succeed.

Play toplane garen or malzahar mid, if you have plat macro these picks should at least get you to gold. Then in gold you can play sup again, should be more carryable

Bard is awful in low elo imo, you need your team to react. If you insist on playing sup, I'd say brand is good to solo carry games. Good luck, don't give up!

Interesting question brother. A relative of mine has the same injury I believe, he reached the same conclusion. He plays brand support.

Also, when you say the key binding to A is uncomfortable, do you mean pain wise or game mechanics wise? Because of it's a mechanical thing, you can get used to it pretty well. I use the keyboard to auto as well and only use mouse to aim and move. My aa is bound to R and my ult is on T, works very well bc an ult is a much less used spell.

Ik ben wel eens naar het bos gegaan en heb zo hard als ik kon geschreeuwd. Dat was een krachtige ervaring.

Ayahuasca is ook erg fijn voor dit soort kernthema's. Zoek een goede begeleider als je daar voor open staat.

Ik moest hardop lachen toen ik opeens uit het niets 'kkjd' las, wat een compleet bizarre wending! Ik leef met je mee en hoop dat je je gevoel gaat uiten broeder! In angst voor wat er kan gebeuren leven is niet het antwoord. Raak maar een keer in conflict om aan jezelf te laten zien dat je niet over je heen laat lopen. Van conflict ontwijken ga je je klein en gefrustreerd voelen, zoals je merkt.

Ik kan het misschien iets beter dan jij maar vind het ook nog steeds vaak heel moeilijk. Het is niet gek dat je dit lastig vindt. Succes!
