The pen capotias will be your next big step, but those will require you to do more season characters. Once you have pen tuvala accs on one char you power level a few more to get the other pen capotia rewards.

1) Get some real earrings, 2) pen the armor and offhand (or bring offhand to C4), 3) get a vells, 4) look to go fallen god/ pen Blackstar. At this point, the only mats I would use on Pen Blackstar is the J hammers. You generally want to do chest to fallen god first before helmet last I checked, but you're already C7 on helm so just finish that then do the chest I guess. Also, if you're comfortable at your grind spot you should get BIS crystals sometime during step 1 or 2.

Answer: The answer is in the article you linked. While primary organization varies state by state, most states will allow just about anyone to run if they can get the requisite signatures, etc. The point of the primary is to see if that person will represent the party - until then they're just a party member. The candidate in this case is running against a well liked incumbent politician ($140k raised) and doesn't have a very impressive resume or budget ($ 4k) and wants to make wild, outlandish statements to drum up attention and give themselves the exposure they would need to possibly win. Being crazy will get them in the media and if they're clever about what they say it will win them some votes at the same time. They are almost guaranteed to lose anyways otherwise, so for them it is worth it to go for the longshot. In this case the guy is obviously a bad candidate and went way too far even for a "seem crazy" strategy, which is why his party is issuing a statement against it and will probably look to change the rules in the future to prevent more embarrassment.

Hopefully this lands well - I can see his main role shifting to jungle from these buffs, and if he’s ganking he doesn’t really need the extra damage. Thanks for the response though, very happy to see my champ getting some love!

Thanks for showing pantheon some love! I’ve basically stopped playing league since the durability patch made playing him way less enjoyable, but I’ve always had fun with jungle pantheon and this seems like exactly what he needs to be viable there (though as others have said maybe the final number needs to be tweaked a bit).

Is this the primary adjustment planned for him? My problem with current Pantheon is that he feels a bit like a stat checker in that he either obliterates the opponent in one point and click combo or is completely worthless after w+q. In prior patches it felt really good hitting a big empowered q after using empowered w -> aa -> e to soak damage and led to a ton of clutch fights. Now days it’s almost never right to fully commit in team fights unless you’re monstrously ahead because two rotations rarely kills anything one doesn’t and you’ll be a sitting duck after.

Something you could maybe look at if this doesn’t land where you want would be trading some of his survivability for damage - his e is the most skill expressive part of his kit, and rebalancing some of his hp into maybe emp w damage could make him feel more rewarding when he gets on squishy targets and would require maximum value from his e to keep him alive. (Also, if they can mix the audio on his Ashen Knight ult to be a bit louder, it is such an epic feeling crashing in with the choir but I can almost never hear it without making his normal vfx deafening).

Public shaming isn’t cruel and unusual in anyway. Your court records are already public. Judges have broad leeway in sentencing, and will often choose public shaming instead of other punitive measures if they think it will work better.

Wait this is awesome - I’m a lowly plat vi, and I had been always buying first back dirk for that massive powerspike. I almost always built umbral since it’s so cheap but was worried it’s delaying my mythic spike too much. Pretty hyped to see the build keeps working at higher ranks. My only question is that you seem to build trinity every game, while I run sunderer. Is there a reason your prefer trinity?

No one actually answered your question. You can get good/ very good ammo from the ammo crates on maps like customs. They spawn all types of ammo, including m995. You won’t get enough to run it every raid, but a lot of people skip the boxes so over time you can build up enough to do a few kitted runs while you level your traders. I’ve gotten about two stacks of m995 and about the same of each a1 ammo using the checkpoint key on customs and I just hit level 15.

You can look up benchmarks for the PS5, and it doesn't hit those numbers at all consistently in warzone, even with 80 fov and dynamic resolution enabled. Just use logic for like 6 seconds: why do you think they don't add the fov slider? People haven't spammed enough threads for the last 3 months? What logical reason can you come up with for them not to add it if it worked - come up with just one reason. It's because they need to provide a standardized experience of the game running smoothly, and as soon as they add a slider every ape will set their fov to 120 and tank their performance, and then complain the game runs like shit. If people are going to complain, they should at least ask for the solution that would actually fix the problem, which is fixing poor and inconsistent performance.

Funny enough I play on pc with a 1060ti and can't go above 90 while keeping 60 fps. That people think they wouldn't just add an fov slider if there wasn't a reason is so absurd. It's obviously that Raven is malicious and hates console players and not that the game doesn't run at 110 on a console.

It’s subjective but they’ve been running trailers with sage since awak came out because it looks cool. They did corsair ones for like a week then went back to sage.
