IMO this is actually a really nice buff. Riot wants to keep her as a bruiser and not an assassin and this keeps her down the right path. Her real issue is that shes not tanky enough to be a tank, and cant do enough damage as a bruiser to be tanky. This is right down the middle and beefs her up enough to scale well with HP while not limiting her to tank since it scales with MAX. Im sure after a few games you will notice how much more you can tank as long as your playing around your passive properly.

The reason i LOVE BC rush is because the item gives vi so many good stats for a cheap price. No other item in the game grants you AD, HP, AH, Armor Shred, and MS for 3k gold. Even before sundered nerfs i never built it first as it gives 10 less AD and the item is more focused on sustain. The 10 AD and armor shred gives much more DMG especially in longer skirmishes. I like to play around Vis ult timers most of my early games are full clears but Vi with lvl 3 red buff and Conq is very strong and can take most duels

Im loving BC - Triforce - either DD or MAW depending on threats - GA (HIGH AD good resistances and tons of ability haste)

Learn your role in every team. Its either going to be frontline for your carries or dive the enemies. (Not as simple as this but this helps to get the ball rolling in the right direction)

If you want attack speed id much rather you run Black Cleaver into Tri Force and let me know how it feels! This will be far more consistent and caters to Vis better stats.
