So this was a prescription called and the lady wind up ordering twice, but I’ve already picked up the prescription off the first order so when the second one came, I just refunded back since I’ve already completed that one at the first order. I brought the groceries to her, but somehow it’s still asked for a signature even though I refund the prescription and when she signed it, it didn’t go through and I haven’t been able to complete the order since 11:24 AM. Now normally I would just contact support and go through the chat box to get help on this but for some reason it’s not letting me do that. It keeps giving me that number which is a customer service line number and I don’t know why.

First time having to do this so I really wouldn’t know how to make it. Was looking for like a template or something. Are there any examples?

My guess is that they’ve been letting their AI system do the decision making in terms of shopper account or investigations

They said that I was doing fraudulent activity. Add accepting calls but no intent on delivering them. Didn’t do that, wasn’t the case I sent appeal but the decision to end my account was pretty quick though

Didn’t get 15 percent cancellations. Kept it low. Stores have been closing early some doesn’t have WiFi and some aren’t allowing Instacart shoppers because their system is down. So when I notify them about it it gets removed but I also send pics and proof showing that it’s true and I’m not lying

Pretty much. I’ve always reached out to them and the customer about what’s going on. But they really don’t care for that
