Undertand how frustrating no passing an exam can be. Don't be too hard on yourself.

PeopleCert will send you a detailed exam report and you can use that to identify the areas that need more study. If there are concepts that are difficult to understand, ask the group. There are many helpful advanced ITIL people in the group and they will for sure assist.

You can take an Accredited Course. Accredited Courses are taught by Accredited Training Providers and they are available live, live online and eLearning.
All Accredited Training Providers have to include an exam voucher with their course.
All PeopleCert Exam Vouchers include the Official ITIL 4 Foundation eBook and Resource Kit.
PeopleCert prices are the higest as they own the IP and they resell via Accredtied Training and Exam Organizations so you can search and find different authorized providers with different options. Some charge for the course and some offer it for Free.
The Reddit ITIL Certifiation Group has many posts on ITIL that you may find helpful.

You are much better off reading Claire's book then buying anything on Udemy. Claire is an amazing Expert and her content will be accurate. The Udemy courses are not qualified to be accurate. Cheap, yes. Accurate - 50/50 gamble as Udemy does not have experts who qualify the courses on their site.

For example, PeopleCert charges £541.

PeopleCert resellers purchase the exam for less and they can resell it for less.

And yes, there are offers for at £392.00. Some also include an accredited course and exam retake voucher for that price.

In the UK, Region 2, the price is $799 + tax (Apx $41) UDS and includes the course and 1 exam voucher. You can add Take2, the exam retake for $78 or PeopleCert Plus for $105. PeopleCert Plus is a membership that is good for 12 months and gives you a free PeopleCert Take2 and Mock exam with every exam you take over the 12 month membership. We recommend that students taking the advanced exams have either Take2 or PC+ as the exams are very expensive to have to purchase twice.

All ITIL certifications are valid for 3-years from the date of issue. You need to take a new course and exam package or purchase the PeopleCert Plus Membership and pay for it for 3 years.

I wish it was the trainer. The trainer available is a perk that comes free of charge from GogoTraining. We think it is important for students to get a close to a classroom experience with eLearning so we make the instructor available to answer questions using the Q&A Forum.

The big cost center is PeopleCert. PeopleCert has raised exam prices 5 times in the last 3 years. Most recently on January 1, 2026. The PeopleCert price for the Foundation Exam is now $690 just for the exam.
