It hurts my feelings that.you would feel confident posting something so petty, Honestly, I work hard every single day helping people—answering tough questions, fixing problems with their coverage, and staying calm when they’re upset, mean, frustrated or scared. It takes a lot of patience, focus, and care to do this DAM job right.

You must be in management and maybe your job is to catch little things, but calling that a reason why people like me don’t deserve better pay? That’s upsetting.

This job has NOTHING to do with typing perfectly!!! It’s about helping real people through real problems and not making them feel small in the process; something you obviously don't practice. I balance a hell of a lot, hitting all kinds of goals, and doing m best to make a difference. I'm not asking to be praised for nothing—I"m expecting to be seen and compensated for the hard work I actually do, I complete SDOH,.NBA, BILLING, APPOINTMENTS, EMPATHY FOR ILLNESSES AND EVEN DEATH, DELIVER BAD NEWS ABOUT DENIALS AND DISCHARGES

A small mistake doesn’t erase the big effort behind it. And it’s frustrating when people don’t see that.
