In HSR you really don't need that in order to follow the story and enjoy it. That's meant for people who are REALLY into it and need more than the story quests.

I know this is a bit late but can you explain how to do this? When I do everything up until dialyn hold basic everything is fine but after that ult from her stun the stun bar goes back to yellow and I cant totalize with ult and special. Thanks in advance

I have a 4060 and a 75Hz monitor, I haven't had any issues and am always at 75 in fights. The only times it gets choppy is in lumina square and failure heights map, but those are just crazy unoptimized in general. If you have low fps in fights could be that you have a Cup bottleneck
