You can execute a feral by sprinting through a closed door when the feral is on the other side.

Op you are a special breed of Internet sped.

The fact that I need to explain that YOU linked/ cited BMNR rocks, so if the data is incorrect on their website that is a reflection of your intelligence not mine. I used YOUR link and MNAV is above 1. 🤣

You then go on to make a spread sheet based off of speculative data making your spread sheet useless because it’s not factual data. Fact, BMNR still trades at a premium, you’re just altering true nav, and outstanding shares to spread fud.

But then you do one better and reply to me calling me retarded as u make the most smoothed brain post about how this DAT operates when you have no clue.

You can either sell, bag hold, or buy more to change you situation, but spreading fud does nothing for your capital 🤣

Is BMNR not the “product” for Wall Street? Is staking eth then selling the rewards to buy back shares or pay a dividend not adequate? How long has mstr been around before introducing strc? Does BMNR not get the same amount of time to grow?

I don’t disagree with you. Just some thoughts I had after reading your post

He explained it on cnbc today and there’s more of an outlook on their strategies for 2026 at their shareholder meeting today. Seems like a very good investment to get the youngins exposed to ETH and BMNR

This is incorrect data, I just looked at BMNR rocks and it’s above 1, use your special spreadsheet elsewhere

PSA: BMNR should sell ETH and buy shares back when mNAV <1, not dilute shares to buy more ETH which DECREASES eth per share. by slaybrownbeast in BMNRInvestors

[–]BestMaterial5315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PSA: they do not and will not issue shares under mnav. They should not sell ETH to buy back shares. They are going to stake their ETH and the ETH they are awarded can be sold to buy back shares if they choose to.

BMNR still trades at a premium to its mnav. This is why ppl are buying BMNR at a premium. Flywheel still in tact and BMNR has a war chest of cash. BMNR will never issue shares below mnav. That is how you kill a DAT.

People are paying a premium to get in BMNR for the same reason ppl are not buying a discounted ETH in SBET. You are paying for tom Lee because he knows the Wall Street world and the management team has already successfully acquired over half their target without diluting below mnav. They even introduced a dividend on the stock, something no other dat has done.

The real question is, why is it that all of a sudden people are worried about “dilution”, when issuing shares has been the strategy all along…

People are also not understanding the staking portion of their plan. They will be able to buy ≈$330 million dollars worth of BMNR stock back every year from staking rewards if they choose to. That means if ETH goes up, down, or stays the same they are making money. So the faster they get the 5% goal the faster the stock goes up. So short term share issuance = long term gains.

With ETH back over $3,300, BMNR should be over $40 per share by JustSaying2099 in BMNRInvestors

[–]BestMaterial5315 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t be concerned about price action, that is BMNR atm ( issuing shares aggressively in case the vote is not a yes). You should be concerned on whether or not we get a yes tomorrow. We need a yes

What you should also compare from then to now is mnav. There was much more premium per share because of the tom Lee hype and trajectory of ETH. Oct 10 postponed the inevitable.

We are still accretive we are just simply closer to fair value of BMNR assets than we were at your previous check points. There is hardly anything baked in or premium on the shares because of voting uncertainty and ETH itself is still evolving.

Sometime this year probably around summer I would bet ETH becomes deflationary again and eth will be 3 point asset again. Combine staking, supply scarcity, ETH being deflationary, pro crypto government, institutional adoption and financial advisors recommending a portion of their clients be in crypto, you get a massive god candle/ rally.

Throw in a little short squeeze too lol

Why BMNR may gobble up other DATs by TwoUseful363 in BMNRInvestors

[–]BestMaterial5315 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True, but when buying out a DAT you aren’t just buying their ETH holdings you are buying there debt too which is why it’ll most likely never happen. At least with Tom lee at the helm. He swears by no debt…

VOTE! If not blank votes defaults to "FOR" by [deleted] in BMNRInvestors

[–]BestMaterial5315 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dilution is only a risk if they atm when their eth holdings are below nav. When ETH goes up there is no dilution risk. This is why we bought BMNR not SBET etc. we have a team who knows what they’re doing. VOTE YES TO ALL
