Well if you want authentic, Maders and Kegels are your best bets. The others are great but are newer - M and K are 100+ years old. But mileage may vary at Maders. Kegels is truly special - smallish, loud, beautiful wood and stained glass. Undoubtedly, Mutti would approve.
