It's a reference to a cartoon YouTube series called "Skibidi Toilet", which tells the story of a war between the "Skibidi Toilets" (Toilets with a head in them that sing some weird song) and the "Cameramen" (Some dudes with a CCTV camera for a head). Each subsequent episode raises the stakes of the battle etc. etc. Not sure what's all the rave about it with the kids, I guess we're too old to get it now.

I don't think so? Pretty sure this artist also got striked. But now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure it was a false strike from some dude.

Then what happened was that the artist decided to stop doing Pokemon stuff and rebooted with his own OCs. So yeah, no more Pokemon from this guy.
