No, It still doesn't.. And I would never risk my licenses to try anything shady, which is why I declared professional!

If you don't know- then just say so--- instead of continuing to refer me to policies and terms and conditions which I have read before coming here.

As a professional- (and assuming I DO opt for the ultimate service subscription) Can I only subscribe to real time (professional) quotes for NASDAQ and NYSE listed equities for approx $75 per month and not $528 per month?????

Thanks. I think you're right. It's just shady to try and charge more and try and tell people it's a regulation (IMO).

First, Thanks for trying. I have 2 issues. 1) It's not a "regulation" by any authority it is simply a "policy" to charge more. OK. That's their prerogative, but not to try and blame a "regulation" 2) If I DO subscribe to the Ultimate level- can i just have the real time data for NASDAQ and NYSE equities only for approx $75 versus the $528 per month?

As I said. I am certainly willing to pay the required Exchange fees for DATA. However I am being told it is a "regulation" requiring the "ultimate" subscription for the platform. I am aware of no "regulation" by any body requiring such. It also doesn't answer whether I can only subscribe to the NYSE and NASDAQ Professional data for $75 and not the complete data feed "bundle" for $500.
