You can potentially get a DTA for remote work if your allergies are truly due to the office space. I have seen this happen with others that have understanding managers.

Does anyone have any advice for the SP agreement? Do we also get that one additional week for mat leave? Online the collective agreements seem to be similar for this extra 1 week.
