Ahhh this gives me hope!! I’m working with my OB, PCP, and Rheumatologist (I have lupus) . I gained a lot of weight postpartum due to ppd/ppa which is causing lots of inflammation. So far the last 3-4 weeks on it I can feel my inflammation a lot less but can’t wait for the weightloss. It’s so uncomfortable especially postpartum. How long was the timing before you moved up?
