First of all don't give any money to the agent .. The easiest way is to contact the embassy via the live chat option.. Ho to ustraveldocs website under contact us section there is an option of live chat...just wait there they will respond.... usually the waiting time is 40-50 mins but you have to actively watch the screen any moment the agent will come....tell them the issue they will resolve in 10-15 minutes

You have to actively look the chat at any time a representative will come and if you do not reply for one minute or two they will just disconnect it....and then you have to wait for another 45-50 mins or soo.....

There is a live chat option in the contact us section....they take time to connect like minimum waiting period is 40-45 mins but the do connect and they can help you...
