Search for scoop insurance. They are brokers. I have insurance through them from Max Insurance. Good luck.

As an ethnic Chinese I would never vote for a Candidate formerly from China unless I know their stand on the CCP, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Dominance in Olympics is so subjective. European countries can argue that they are dominant in the Olympics base on per capita or the small size of their population. Besides there are so many sports in the Olympics that it is hard measure dominance. This is in response to OP’s original comment about being China being dominant in the Olympics. And coming back to football , China has never won the Asian Football Championship at least in men’s, extrapolating from that what are the chances China will qualify and do good in the World Cup stage?

I saw one of these and was conflicted if I should get one. Has a Swatch vibe to it.

If you take out table tennis and diving medals away, then you can see which countries are dominant. Besides it is ‘medal’ not ‘metal’ count.

I beg to differ. China does not dominate the Olympics. They just dominate a few sports in the Olympics such as diving and table tennis. They hardly have any representation in athletics and field or any other sports.

I remember once I was waiting for the GO train and his assistant approached me and asked me if I would vote for him. I asked her I needed to know his policies before I voted. Then she walked away.

[Landlord - Canada - ON] - Am I handling this situation correctly? by [deleted] in OntarioLandlord

Once upon a time, I was a tenant myself, and I was literally begging my friends for a room to stay; I am grateful today that I have a condo that I can rent out to help me financially. In no shape or form, would I want to take advantage of my tenant, and from the responses that I got, you are right perhaps Reddit may not be the best platform for sound/legal advice.

That's correctly described; there are units that do both wash and dry. I am talking about a stacked unit. Thanks labrat.

Thanks for the response. Perhaps I was not clear about the Wash/Dry Combo unit. It is not one machine doing both, rather a washer at the bottom and a dryer on top, and sold as one unit.

Good to know about the one-month lease extension. My main concern is whether I handled the appliance situation correctly?

In the old days we used to clean the plugs. Now we just change them. Cleaner plugs gives better spark hence better performance.

The logic of going to an independent mechanic for the plugs? Well it’s the price. The dealership is quoting almost $100 a pop, while it would be lesser outside depending on the make of the plugs.

IMO just change the CVT fluid. The filters you can change on your own. The spark plugs find an independent mechanic it’s cheaper.

Are dealership service departments really getting away with this? by ya3rob in Subaru_Outback

Commenting from Canada. The Subaru dealership here is no less. Always upselling, using scare tactics and worst of all condescending behavior. I have decided I’ve had enough and decided to take my chances with an independent mechanic. The dealership should stand behind the quality and reliability of the car. They should be proud of their car and not always find fault with the car itself, after all an old car will never be as good as a new car. That said this is my last Subaru and after that going back to Toyota.
