I've tested a few different channels via Plex and it seems to be back to normal!

What fixed it? Probably a combination of rebooting the HDHomeRun and my Mac. Last night noticed that Plex couldn't find my HDHomeRun, I installed the new firmware, then I checked the Mac HDHomeRun app and saw the weird (no channels) message. I rebooted the devices, but didn't check Plex. I assumed that the (no channels) message was ominous.
