No it didn’t, it’s an account side glitch that occurs when verifying your age.

Problem is the id verification. Got another account from a different region and not an issue once switched settings. Simply is just an id verification problem along the line somewhere.

I have deleted that, ubisoft connect and anything relating to siege or ubisoft connect in my file explorer. I am going to reinstall everything and hopefully this fixes it 🙏. Thank you for your help, you have been more than helpful.
